  memario is right! These would make extraordinary tatoos! You could sell the rights to your designs to tatoo artists. Have you ever done tattooing, purps?

  It seems to be a growing business in my area (near a military base), but lots of people are so into this nowadays. It seems more mainstream now than ever.

  I've seen a lot of kids and adults working legit jobs who have tats and tires in their earlobes and all kinds of things like that; 20 years ago, employers wouldn't take a look at you and would fire you for that stuff; now you can get away with it.

  The last time I had any alcohol, it was a beer and it gave me terrible diarhhea. I haven't had a drink since, if I recall correctly.

  dear friends,.

  much of what we do on a daily basis is routine and of no particular, earth-shaking importance.

  however, after reviewing letters of family going back to wwii, it is fascinating to read what dad was doing on board the aircraft carrier in the pacific on any old day, what mom was cooking on her ever-steaming range, how i was dealing with the roller coaster of emotion at bethel [mom saved all my letters], how nana wrote that she would not study with the witnesses [per my request] but 'here are some mittens i knitted for you when you canvass new york with your magazines.

  I cleaned my desk off and found the papers I need to do my taxes, to apply for financial aid, social services, and have avoided suicide and homicide this week.

  I'm working two days a week, going to therapy, looking for a job, thinking about going back to school. My damn period started. I kinda' hate my life.

  I'm turning into a bitter, old haggy nag, something I never wanted to do. I didn't get called into work tonight, as I thought I would be, and so my budget's f@cked again this week.

  Well, at least I'm a good bitcher, huh?

  Oh yeah, I saw a cute movie with my daughter and her bf last night called Enchanted. We all loved it. It was a pleasant break from reality, which seriously stinks lately. Thanks for reading.

  I'm feeling very depressed.

  I've been working two days a week since I got out of the hospital about a month ago.

  I thought I was hired to work for someone this evening, but have not heard back.

  I am not enjoying the job search.

  There's very little worth writing a paragraph about, as far as the job hunt goes.

  I guess I'd better go back to college in January.

  There's nothing else to do.

  Except give up.

  many of you will be happy to hear that this is my departure from this forum for awhile... i need to wean myself off it, get in shape and record my album... i'll post a link when it comes out.

  that said, merry christmas and happy new year to you all.

  i've had fun here on this site, almost all of you to a person are intelligent and well meaning.... i remember as a youth, i was a hard core jw, mostly becasue i thought i was doing what was right; as time went on and things didn't add up, i started doing as the bible tells me to do in 1 thess.

  We all get fed up sometimes with the JWism. It's very nicely put, what you said, and I'm sure most here don't hold it against you that you had an angry moment over this cult's influence. It is truly a struggle for many and the courage we have comes in so many different colors and shapes. Sometimes it's courageous just to get the hell out of bed, depending on who you are and what you're dealing with. Good goin', Charles!

  No Excuse to Shun Families - Almost Lost my Son Today

  i had such a shock today, its almost bizarre, my son was involved in an accident at work.

  he's an ironwoker, which means he works the high steel on skyscrapers and such.

  today he was working and tied his safety harness off to the cable as usual, and went to work.. lots of times they have to lean out and rely on that harness to keep them secure while they reach out to do whatever the hell it is they do (best mom's don't always know all), and today his dumbass bosses didn't have the cable attached on one end.
